1980's Cagliostro Tarot Deck
The Cagliostro Tarot was first published in 1912 by Modiano, a cardmaker in Trieste, Italy. It was called Il Destino Svelato dal Tarocco. In 1981, Modiano created this English version and named it after Count Allessandro Cagliostro, an 18th century European healer and clairvoyant who founded the Egyptian Rite of Freemasonry. The cards in this deck are numbered from 1 to 78. Brief interpretations for both upright and reversed meanings are given in panels at the top and bottom.
