Upcycled 70s neon checkered dress

70s white cotton maxi dress with a ruffled collar, chest and hem. Long-sleeved with gathered cuffs and three small button enclosures at the collar. This dress has been upcycled by hand with neon green fabric paint. Note: the base of the dress has a few minor repairs at the back hem and two small spots on the body (pictured last). Due to the amount of volume in the dress the repairs are hard to notice when worn.
