1940s Brown Blazer with Owl Buttons

1940s, chocolate brown blazer adorned with brown and orange owl buttons. Made by the, ‘John Wanamaker,’ label, who’s affiliated department store is credited as being one of America’s first. The blazer is fitted at the waist, with a Peter Pan collar, fold-over cuffs, structured shoulders and scalloped pocket bags. 7 orange and brown owl buttons run the length of the placket, giving the jacket an extra pop of color.
**Note: Buttons have been added by us and are not original to the garment. Additionally, there is a small hole on the internal lining (pictured last), that is not noticeable when worn.
