1940s Hand Embroidered Sailor Pants
1940s, baby blue cotton sailor pants with hand embroidery. The pants sit high on the natural waistline, with flared legs, button closures and pockets. An anchor, crescent moon, crying cloud, shooting star and fish wearing fishnets and heels are embroidered in black and white on the left pant leg. On the right, a striped snake, spiderweb, spider, and a skull with butterfly wings and a scroll that reads, “Good Luck Sailor.”
All embroidery work was done slow, in-house and by hand from original artwork. One of one.
Material: Cotton, Cotton embroidery floss
Machine Wash Safe.
