Hand-Inked Edwardian Chemise
Re-imagined, early 1900s semi-sheer cotton and lace chemise with hand-inked designs. At the center of the chest sits a spiny caterpillar twisted into a loop, with contrasting black and white moths and the words, 'HECHO MAL,' across the top of the neckline. On the back, inverted hands with eyeballs frame a blooming peony, bug key, and crescent moon.
The chemise is boxy and comes with a thin silk ribbon that runs the length of the neckline and shoulder straps, allowing the fit of the scoop neck to be adjusted (pictured last).
All ink-work is done slow, in-house and by hand from original artwork.
